I really wish this didn’t have the drift tax/weren’t all gone and rusted away now. One of these would be perfect for what I want: 4cylinder, manual, RWD, not too expensive to maintain and seats more than 2 people

Notchback S13 is best S13.
I owned a pig nose S13 and apparently the pig nose is making a come back. No clue why - I hated the OE bumper.

Silvia is an S13. S13 denotes chassis code. Of the S13 cars, I prefer those with a trunk (notch back) as opposed to a hatchback
The pig nose is a 240SX specific version of the s13 chassis that was only produced in 1989 and 1990 . It refers to the unique front bumper which apparently resembles a pig’s nose.

Most of the world would call that a Silvia, and the hatchbacks the 180SX.

True, that's what they would call the model. But the chassis code is S13. It's the dance idea behind the R32, R33, R34, Z32, etc. The Nissan community frequently uses chassis codes
